The Scope AI Messaging Program (“Program”) provides subscribers with updates, insights, service notifications, promotional messages, and educational content related to business automation, AI solutions, and consulting services offered by The Scope Pty Ltd (trading as The Scope AI).

Participation in this Program is voluntary and requires explicit opt-in consent from the user.


2. Consent to Receive Messages

By submitting your mobile number through our website, forms, chat widget, or other communication channels, you expressly consent to receive SMS and MMS messages from The Scope AI.

Your consent represents your agreement to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Message frequency varies, typically 1–4 messages per week.
